  14. CRINGE! is a full replacement for the entire 2nd episode of id Software's
  15. DOOM.  All modes of play and all difficulty levels are available in CRINGE!

  17. 2. WHO MADE CRINGE!?

  19. Levels 1 through 8 were constructed from scratch by Mark Klem, the
  20. Secret Level was made by Eric Sargent.  All music contained in CRINGE!, 
  21. except the 2nd DEMO music, are all original works by Mark Klem and are  
  22. copyrighted material.  All graphic changes/enhancments were made by Mark Klem.

  24. 3. HOW DO I GET CRINGE! TO WORK WITH DOOM?

  26. To play CRINGE!, put it in your DOOM directory and simply type:
  27.  
  28.  DOOM -file CRINGE.WAD   <enter>
  29.  
  30. If you have all three CRINGE! files, type:
  31.  
  32.  DOOM -file CRINGE.WAD CRINGFX.WAD CRINGSND.WAD  <enter>
  33.  
  34. It might be wise to make a batch file to do this for you, or just use your
  35. favorite DOOM MENUing program to it.  There are a ton of them out there. Just
  36. make sure it can load external WAD files.  Remember that CRINGE! is totally
  37. external and never touches your original DOOM files.
